The statutes behind every article.

Every Library entry is anchored in published Indian tax and FEMA statute. Use these alongside our writing — they are the authoritative texts our frameworks are built on.
Common questions

Answered, candidly.

How is the Library different from a blog?
Every entry maps to a real client question we've actually worked. There is no opinion column, no news commentary and no SEO filler — only the framework, the math, and the form to file.
Who writes the articles?
Articles are authored or reviewed by Regi Tom Antony, FCA — with 20+ years of cross-border practice and five international qualifications. Each piece reflects positions used in current engagements.
Are these articles a substitute for advice?
They give you a clean structural view, but tax outcomes depend on your facts: residency timing, corridor, source of funds and documentation. Use the Library to brief yourself, then book a scoping call for case-specific work.
How often is the Library updated?
Tax-rate-sensitive pieces are revised at every Finance Act and major CBDT notification. FEMA pieces are revised when RBI master directions change. Structural pieces (DTAA frameworks, RNOR) carry update notes when they change.
Can I get notified when new articles are published?
Yes. The Library publishes new entries every few weeks. The contact form lets you opt in for a low-volume update — typically one mail per release, no marketing sequences.
Where can I download the underlying playbooks as PDFs?
The Resources page carries our marquee frameworks (return planning, RNOR, Sec 197, FEMA accounts) as free downloadable PDFs — the same content laid out as printable workbooks.
